Terms and Conditions of 888k — Clear Rules for Everyone

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and 888k ("Platform", "we"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any feature of 888k, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms.

888k reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. When that happens, the "last updated" date shown at the top of this page will change and, for material updates, you will receive an email notification at your registered address. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming, which form an integral part of this document.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To use 888k's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil or be legally authorized to use online betting platforms under applicable law;
• Be of full legal capacity, as defined by the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not be an employee, immediate family member of an employee, or contracted partner of 888k;
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list in any national responsible gambling program.

Each user may hold only one active account on 888k. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved, with retention of any bonus-related balances.

3 User Account

3.1 Account Creation

Registering on 888k is free and requires accurate information: full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. False or incomplete details may result in account suspension and the withholding of any bonus-related funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. 888k will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately at suporte@888k-play.com. 888k is not liable for losses resulting from the voluntary or negligent sharing of credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

To process withdrawals above certain limits, 888k may request additional identity verification documents (Know Your Customer — KYC), including a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. This verification is a regulatory and security requirement, not a penalty.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

888k accepts the following deposit methods, all exclusively in BRL (R$):

All deposits must be made exclusively in the account holder's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and any funds received in this way will be returned, with possible account suspension. 888k does not accept payments in foreign currency — only BRL (R$).

5 Withdrawals and Processing

888k processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix, to the key registered on the user's account. The withdrawal method must match the one used for the deposit or, where that is not possible, ownership of the destination bank account must be verified.

5.1 Timeframes and limits

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00
• Pix processing time: up to 10 minutes after approval
• Daily withdrawal limit: based on your VIP Program tier (details at VIP Program)
• Withdrawals available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays

5.2 Withdrawal conditions

To request a withdrawal, the user must have met the rollover requirements for any active bonus linked to the balance. Bonus balances that have not been converted to real balance upon completion of the rollover cannot be withdrawn directly.

888k charges no withdrawal fees on any method. Any bank fees charged by the user's financial institution are the sole responsibility of the user.

6 Sports Betting

888k offers pre-match and live Sports Betting across more than 30 sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga), tennis (ATP and WTA), and e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Dota 2).

6.1 Bet Validity

• A bet is considered valid only after the confirmation is displayed on screen at the time of submission;
• Bets placed after the official start of an event will be automatically cancelled and the amount returned to your balance;
• In live betting, odds may change between the time you click and the time your bet is confirmed. 888k will display the updated odds before final confirmation so you can decide whether to accept them;
• 888k reserves the right to void bets in cases of an obvious pricing error (a clearly incorrect odd resulting from a technical failure).

6.2 Canceled or Suspended Events

If an event is canceled before it starts, all related bets will be fully refunded. If an event begins but is suspended before completion, 888k will determine the validity of bets based on the amount of playing time elapsed and the resolution of any already-closed markets, in accordance with the specific rules of each sport.

6.3 Errors and Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the user may open a contestation through support within 30 days of the bet being settled. 888k will review the request based on official competition data and respond within 5 business days.

7 Live Casino and Slots

888k offers live casino games — including roulette with a real dealer, blackjack, baccarat, and crash games — as well as a slots library from certified providers. These games are powered by an RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by independent bodies, ensuring that every result is truly random and fair.

• Casino games are exclusively available to users with a verified account and a real money balance;
• 888k is not liable for losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user in casino games;
• Canceled bets in live casino games are processed according to the specific rules of each game, available in the help section of each game mode;
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tool that interferes with gameplay is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

888k offers bonuses for new users and recurring promotions for active users. Each promotion has specific conditions described on its corresponding page. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

8.1 Rollover Requirements

Every bonus granted by 888k is subject to a rollover requirement — meaning the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be wagered a set number of times before any withdrawal can be made. 888k's standard rollover is 3x (three times), unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of each promotion.

8.2 Bonus validity

• Welcome bonus: valid for 30 days from the grant date;
• Weekly cashback: valid for 7 days from the date the bonus is credited to the account;
• Special event bonuses: deadline indicated in the specific promotion;
• Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the balance with no possibility of recovery.

8.3 Bonus Restrictions

A user may only hold one active bonus at a time, unless otherwise stated. 888k reserves the right to cancel bonuses if it detects abusive behavior, such as creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing bets on both sides of the same event (arbitrage), or any other practice that goes against the spirit of the promotions.

9 Responsible Gaming

888k takes responsible gaming seriously. Sports Betting and casino games are forms of entertainment, not a guaranteed source of income. The platform provides the following tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, and monthly limits directly in your account settings;
• Bet limits: set a maximum stake per bet or per session;
• Time alerts: session duration notifications to help you keep track of your time on the platform;
• Bet history: full access to your profit and loss summary for any time period;
• Voluntary break: temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, at the user's request;
• Self-exclusion: permanent account closure for a minimum period of 6 months, available at any time.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following practices are expressly prohibited on 888k and may result in account suspension or permanent closure, retention of bonus-related balances, and, in serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the platform (duplicate accounts);
• Providing false information, forged documents, or a third party's identity during registration;
• Abusing bonuses or promotions, including placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same event;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that automates bets or interactions with the platform;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation of 888k's systems;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Committing or facilitating financial fraud, such as unauthorized credit card chargebacks;
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to use your account;
• Placing bets based on inside information in violation of the rules of the sport in question.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

888k may suspend or close an account at any time under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal use of the platform;
• Non-compliance with identity verification (KYC) requests;
• Account inactivity for more than 24 consecutive months;
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary account closure).

If an account is closed at the user's request or due to inactivity, the available real balance (excluding any unconverted bonus balance) will be returned to the user via Pix within up to 5 business days of the request. If closure results from a Terms violation, 888k will review the balance on a case-by-case basis and may retain amounts tied to bonuses or bets under investigation.

12 Privacy and LGPD

How 888k handles your personal data is described in detail in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In summary:

• We collect only the data necessary to provide our services and meet legal compliance requirements;
• Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes;
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, in accordance with the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018);
• All data is stored with encryption and appropriate security protocols;
• Marketing communications are sent only to users who have opted in and can be canceled at any time.

13 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 888k platform — including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, interfaces, source code, odds, and sports data — is the property of 888k or licensed from third parties and is protected under Brazilian intellectual property law.

Reproducing, copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any platform content is prohibited without prior written authorization from 888k. Use of 888k trademarks on social media, affiliate sites, or any other channel is subject to specific authorization and the terms of the Affiliate Program.

14 Limitation of Liability

888k is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting decisions freely made by the user. Sports Betting and casino games carry an inherent risk of loss, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

888k will make every effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. In the event of a technical failure during a live bet, the bet may be voided and the amount returned to your balance. 888k is not liable for internet connection issues or problems with the user's device.

To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law and the Consumer Protection Code, 888k's total liability for any user claim is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

15 Changes to the Terms

888k may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the date specified in the notification or, if no date is provided, immediately upon publication on the platform.

For material changes — such as updates to withdrawal rules, bonus rollover requirements, or data protection practices — 888k will send advance notice by email at least 7 days beforehand. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. If you do not agree with the new conditions, you may close your account before they take effect.

16 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Brazilian Civil Code (Law 10.406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), and the Legal Framework for Sports Betting in Brazil.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the 888k platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in the user's city of residence in Brazil, in accordance with Article 101 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. 888k encourages users to resolve disputes through the support channel before pursuing legal action.
